El memorialista le pide a la Corte exigir al Defensor del Pueblo el cumplimiento de la providencia de la referencia, la cual prohíbe que mediante contratos de prestación de servicios se cumplan funciones permanentes delas entidades, para lo cual, se deben crear los empleos correspondientes.
Luego de analizar la petición formulada la Sala Plena decidió RECHAZARLA por improcedente.
